A-Ward’s unique MiTilt^TM unloader eliminates the need for scarce and expensive tilting trailers. Whether
your material is being unloaded through a grate, over an edge, or directly in the ground, the MiTilt^TM enables faster, cleaner and safer unloading.

How it works:

The MiTilt^TM unloader tilts up to a maximum unloading angle of 70 degree, with a 90 degree option
available if required. They work in a similar way as our MiTilt^TM loaders – find out

It’s ideal for:

Unloading a range of materials directly into your storage system, at the speed you want.
Contamination-free unloading of sensitive or hazardous materials.

RAISED TILTING UNLOADERS

Want to avoid the cost and hassle of building a below-ground hopper or storage system? A-Ward offers two unloader
models specifically designed to unload into above-ground systems. They allow you raise the open end of the
container above the ground during tilting, for greater ground clearance.

A-Ward Raise & Tilt

How it works:

It works in a similar way to the Tilt & Raise, except this unit raises to a set height before tilting secondly.
You set the desired height of your fixed tilting point.

It’s ideal for:

Plants that have an existing above-ground hopper (and want to avoid the cost of building an underground system).
Unloading at any set heights above ground.
When the operator requires a clear space to open the container doors and prepared opening before it moves
towards the unloading position.

TILT AND RAISE UNLOADERS

A-Ward Tilt & Raise

How it works:

It allows you to lift your lower container edge up to 1.5m-2m, for tipping into the area below. This unit tilts
as it is being raised up, so will usually have some kind of transfer system connected to it.

It is ideal for:

Connection to fixed above ground transferring system prior to container tipping.
Including an unloading hopper as part of the A-Ward tilt frame.
Unloading material at a raise position above the ground.

Looking for a cost-effective unloader option that delivers great results? A-Ward has a range of standard models
to choose from, depending on the kind of trailers or equipment you use. Most of these models are suitable
for tipping to below-ground systems.

Flat Deck Unloader

This unit is popular with companies that remove containers using forklifts, cranes and swing lift trailers.

40 ft Universal Unloader

The open-ended style of the 40ft Universal Unloader Frame, along with overheard braces, allows truck and trailer
units to completely drive through this model.

Short-rear UnloadeR

This unit is popular with companies using 20ft trailers, where the container doors face the rear of the trailer.

Long-front Unloader

This unit is used where the container doors face the front of the trailer, and suits most trailer styles and
sizes.

MiTurn

This rotational unloader is designed for the unloading of open-top containers. Suitable for 20ft and 40ft containers,
half-height or full-height.
